Why Rumbling Fit

A manufacturer that answers like a partner

  • In-house where it matters. Cutting, stitching, sublimation and screen printing are done by our own team, so quality and timing stay in our hands.
  • Small runs, real terms. 10 pieces per design, mixed sizes allowed. Grow into bulk on the same spec.
  • Direct line to production. You talk to the people planning your order, on WhatsApp or email, not a sales layer.
  • Specs in writing. Fabric, GSM, seams, print and labels go on the tech pack before we cut, so reorders match.
  • Checked before it ships. Multi-stage QC with photos and a final AQL inspection before you pay the balance.

Inside production

Sialkot craft, export discipline

Sialkot has been making sports goods for the world for over a century. The city’s supply chain for performance fabrics, trims, printing and finishing sits within a short drive, which is why lead times here are short and samples are quick.

Our production runs across pattern and cutting, sublimation printing and heat pressing, screen printing, and flatlock and overlock stitching lines, with embroidery and specialist trims handled by vetted local partners under our QC. Combined capacity is more than 50,000 pieces a month, so a 10-piece sample run and a container order get the same attention.

Where we ship

Delivered to your door, wherever you sell

Most orders ship express door-to-door with DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD or TNT and arrive in a few working days after dispatch. Larger orders can go by sea freight, quoted per destination. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and country-of-origin marking, and label garments for the market you sell in.

Custom fightwear manufacturing

A fightwear manufacturer built around brands

Rumbling Fit is a custom fightwear manufacturer for combat-sports brands, gyms and distributors. Since 2020 we have produced rash guards, MMA and grappling shorts, compression wear, training tees and full team kits for customers who sell in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and Canada. Everything is made to order. We don't sell stock designs with your logo dropped on top unless that's what you want; we build your product from your spec.

Our work covers the whole route from idea to delivered order. We help with design and tech packs, cut and sew samples, run bulk production in-house, decorate with sublimation, screen printing or embroidery, finish with your labels and packaging, and ship door-to-door. One team manages the order end to end, which is why small brands can order 10 pieces per design and larger brands can scale to thousands without changing supplier.

What makes fightwear different from general sportswear

Combat sports are hard on clothing. A rash guard gets pulled, gripped and dragged across mats for hours. Fight shorts have to let a fighter throw a high kick or shoot a double-leg without the seat seam splitting or the waistband slipping. Compression spats need enough power in the fabric to stay put without cutting off circulation. That's why construction matters more here than in casual wear: flatlock seams that lie flat against the skin, bar-tacks at stress points, gussets or side splits for range of motion, and sublimation inks that stay bright after a hundred hot washes.

We build those details into every quote. When you send us a design, we'll tell you which fabric, seam type and waistband suit the sport and the price point, and why. If something in a design will cause problems in use, such as a print placement that cracks over a stretch zone or a drawcord that rubs, we flag it before the sample, not after.

Private label, OEM or fully custom

  • Private label manufacturing: your brand on our proven base patterns, with your colors, prints, labels and packaging. The quickest way to launch.
  • OEM manufacturing: you supply the tech pack and we produce to it exactly. Best for established brands with their own fit blocks.
  • Custom fightwear design: start from an idea and we develop the artwork, pattern and spec with you.
