How Custom Fightwear Manufacturing Works

Our custom fightwear manufacturing process takes your design from first brief to finished gear in five clear steps. Here's exactly what happens at each one, what we need from you and how long it takes.

Short answer: Custom fightwear manufacturing at Rumbling Fit runs in six steps: brief, spec and quote, sample (typically 7–9 days), approval, bulk production with QC (30–45 days by air, depending on order size), and door-to-door shipping. You pay 50% to start production and 50% before shipment, after seeing the QC report.

Day 0

Step 1: Send your brief

Everything starts with what you want to make. Send us whatever you have: a tech pack, design files, a sketch, a reference garment or just a description and your logo. Tell us the products, rough quantities per design, your size range, your delivery country and any deadline.

You can use the request a quote form, email or WhatsApp. If you're at the idea stage, our custom design and tech pack development services can fill the gaps.

Step 2: Spec and quote

We review your brief and confirm the details that drive price and quality:

  • Fabric: composition, weight (GSM) and finish
  • Construction: seam types, waistband, panels, reinforcements
  • Decoration: sublimation, screen print, embroidery, DTF or patches
  • Branding: labels, hang tags and packaging
  • Quantities and sizes

You receive a written quote with unit prices at your quantities, the sample cost and a timeline. If anything in the design will cause problems in production or use, we tell you here.

Typically 7–9 days

Step 3: Sample

Once you confirm the sample order and final artwork, we cut, print and sew your sample on the same lines that will make bulk. Before dispatch we measure it against your chart and send photos and a video. The sample then travels to you by express courier.

See the sampling process for detail on sample types and what to check.

Step 4: Approval

Try the sample on, wash it, check the print, the seams and the measurements. Send comments with photos. We update the tech pack and, if needed, make a revised sample. When you're happy, you approve it in writing and that sample becomes the standard for bulk.

30–45 days by air, total

Step 5: Production and QC

You confirm the size breakdown and pay the 50% advance. We order or allocate fabric, print, cut, sew and finish your order. Our quality control process runs throughout:

  1. Fabric inspection and shrinkage check
  2. Cutting accuracy check
  3. Print and sublimation check against the approved sample
  4. Inline stitching inspection
  5. End-of-line measurement and workmanship check on every piece
  6. Final random inspection to AQL 2.5 before packing

You receive a QC report with photos and measurements before paying the balance.

Tracked to your door

Step 6: Packing and shipping

Garments are labeled, folded, bagged and packed by size into marked cartons. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list. Most orders ship express door-to-door with DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD or TNT; larger orders can travel by sea freight, quoted per destination. You get tracking as soon as the shipment is collected. Read shipping and payment for terms and options.
