Fabric Sourcing

The right fabric decides how your product feels, performs and prints. We source, test and recommend performance fabrics for every fightwear product we make.

Stacks of fabric rolls on shelves

Short answer: We source performance fabrics for fightwear through Pakistan's textile supply chain, including polyester/spandex and nylon/spandex knits for rash guards and compression, and woven polyester and 4-way stretch fabrics for shorts. Every fabric lot is checked for GSM, width, shade and shrinkage before cutting, and we recommend the fabric that fits your product and price point.

How we choose a fabric with you

We ask four questions: what will the product be used for, what decoration will it carry, what should it feel like, and what price point does it need to hit? A sublimated competition rash guard needs a white, high-polyester knit with strong recovery. A lifestyle tee for gym merch needs soft cotton that takes screen print well. The answers narrow the options quickly.

Every fabric lot is checked before it reaches the cutting table.

Fabric checks before cutting

  • GSM and width against spec
  • Shade against the approved sample, roll to roll
  • Shrinkage after washing, on sublimated or dyed fabric
  • Visual defects on sampled rolls using the 4-point system
  • Stretch and recovery for knits

Using your own fabric

You can supply your own fabric if it suits the product. Tell us the composition, weight and supplier, and send a swatch. We'll check it prints and sews well before committing.

Specialist fabrics

Recycled polyester, cooling finishes or brushed backs can be sourced on request, often with their own minimums. Performance claims (such as cooling or antibacterial) depend on the mill's testing; ask for the mill's documentation before using such claims on your labels.
