See it, wear it, measure it before you commit to bulk. Your sample is cut, printed and sewn on the same lines that will make your production order.
Short answer: A production sample is a physical garment made to your exact spec before bulk, so you can approve fit, fabric, print and finish. Rumbling Fit samples are typically ready 7 to 9 days after the sample order is confirmed. We send photos, a video and a measurement report before dispatch, then ship by express courier.
The sample is where a design meets reality. Fabric drapes differently than you expected, a print color shifts on polyester, a waistband feels tighter than it measured. Every one of those discoveries is cheap at sample stage and expensive after 300 pieces are sewn. A good sample process gives you confidence that bulk will look exactly like what you approved.
Our samples are made by the same pattern makers, sublimation operators and machinists who run production. That matters: a sample made in a separate "sample room" with different machines can hide problems that only appear in bulk.

For private label orders on our base patterns, one branded PP sample is usually enough. For OEM development, expect a proto or fit round first.

Sample pricing depends on the product, decoration and how much development is involved. We quote it up front and, for many orders, credit part of the sample cost back when you place bulk. Express courier is charged at cost.

Yes. For new patterns we recommend two sizes, such as M and XL, to check grading.

Pre-production samples are made in the bulk fabric and trims. Early proto samples may use a close substitute if the exact fabric color is still being dyed or printed.
