The terms that apply to using our website and to quotes, samples and production orders.

These terms apply to the website rumblingfit.com and to quotes, samples and orders placed with Rumbling Fit, Sialkot, Pakistan 51310. Specific terms agreed in writing in a quote or proforma invoice take priority over these general terms.
Quotes are based on the specification, quantities and delivery details provided at the time and are normally valid for 30 days. Changes to the specification, quantities, materials or delivery may change the price and lead time.
Samples are charged as quoted and paid in full when ordered. Sample lead times (typically 7 to 9 days) start once the sample order is confirmed, artwork is final and payment is received. Courier costs are charged at cost.
An order is confirmed when we have received your written approval of the sample or specification and the advance payment. The approved sample and tech pack are the reference standard for production. Changes requested after confirmation may affect price and delivery.
Our minimum order is 10 pieces per design (one style in one colorway), unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing: 50% advance on order confirmation and 50% before shipment. Goods are shipped once full payment is received. Prices are in US dollars unless stated. Bank charges on the sender's side are paid by the sender.
Bulk lead times (typically 30 to 45 days by air, depending on order size) are estimates that start from sample approval and receipt of the advance. We'll tell you promptly about any expected delay. Delivery terms (such as DAP or FOB) are stated on the invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are paid by the buyer.
Goods are produced to the approved sample within the tolerances in the specification. Normal tolerances apply to measurements, color (between fabric lots and print runs) and quantity (a small over- or under-shipment per size may occur and is invoiced at actual quantity). Claims for defects or shortages must be made within 14 days of delivery, with photos and quantities. Where a defect is our responsibility, we will repair, replace or credit the affected pieces. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all designs, logos and artwork you send us, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from them. We will not produce designs that infringe third-party rights. Designs, artwork and patterns created for your brand belong to you and are used only for your orders.
We treat your designs, tech packs, prices and business information as confidential and use them only to fulfill your orders.
Orders can be cancelled before materials are purchased. After that, costs already incurred for materials and work in progress are charged.
